“The market segments that are less dependent on mortgage loans for acquisition will continue their growth. On the other hand, market segments that are heavily reliant, with over 65% dependence on mortgage loans for acquisition, generally in outskirts of cities, will experience price decreases, estimated at around 5-6% on average,” says Daniel Tudor, the founder of The Concept.
