We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate for a residential complex built by professional developers.
The number of projects and business opportunities are growing rapidly, so we want to join us a skilled Senior Sales Associate who knows how to:
- Follow the sales process (Calls, Follow-up, Meetings)
- Negotiate prices and close sales with potential customers
- Report progress and make forecasts on sales targets
- Monitor sales KPIs together with the Sales Manager
- Invest time to learn and develop your sales skills through our weekly sales training, books and individual online courses
- Keep focus on the sale and eliminate disturbing factors while working
The skills you need:
- Over 3 years of sales experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize your work
- Confidence and enthusiasm
