The consultants at The Concept also state that they expect different price trends for housing based on market segments and areas. “Market segments that are less dependent on mortgage loans for acquisition will continue their growth. On the other hand, market segments that are heavily reliant, with over 65% dependence on mortgage loans for acquisition, typically in suburban areas, will experience price decreases, estimated at around 5-6% on average,” says Daniel Tudor, the founder of The Concept.
