The neighborhood of Olimp is located in the city of Constanța, situated in the southeastern part of Romania, on the shores of the Black Sea. It is particularly known for the tourist resort that bears its name, Olimp, which is part of the Mamaia tourist area. Olimp is a locality within the municipality of Mangalia in the Constanța County, Dobrogea, Romania. It entered the tourist circuit in 1972. The resort was mainly visited for heliomarine treatments, addressing various medical conditions such as rheumatic, gynecological, post-traumatic, endocrine, respiratory, and dermatological ailments. The cures developed by Ana Aslan attracted thousands of visitors, including foreigners.
