-Owner’s identification document
-Notarized power of attorney if someone else is taking care of it besides the owner
At the headquarters of the Local Taxes and Fees Directorate to which you belong, you will complete the following documents for changing the fiscal role: Standard tax assessment form for determining property tax Standard tax assessment form for determining land tax (if you also purchased a parking space) Special tax assessment form for determining increased property tax, in case of individuals owning multiple properties (if applicable) Go to the nearest housing desk for the one you bought.
